The surfcamp is located in the Algarve, south Portugal, between the main surf spots at 5 minutes from the south coast and 10 minutes from the west coast. FunRide surfcamp is located in a quiet village near the city of Sagres and Lagos where you can go party in the wild night life (bars, clubs, restaurants,...). The surfcamp receives any level of surfers : from the beginners, through intermediates, to advanced. The teachers are dedicated to give the first touch of surfing to the total beginners and have great experience to train intermediate or advanced surfers who want to improve their manoeuvers. Then after your surf session you’ll have the choice of resting at the surfcamp or going downtown to have some wild fun... Students all lined-up The teachers of the surfcamp are locals who have been surfing for more than ten years and compete in contests. They know all the local surf spots around the surfcamp and can guide you to the best spot of the day depending on the direction of the swell. You’ll catch waves every day because of the location of the surfcamp in between the south and west coasts which capture swells coming from any direction. Surf house The house of the surfcamp is very comfortable and you’ll feel like at home. Most of the Algarve in south Portugal is a governmental protected area like a national park so you’ll enjoy the peacefulness surrounding the house.
